01 / RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll do.

Lead shift handovers and prioritize the incident queue
Drive major incidents to resolution, coordinating on-site and vendor teams
Own shift-level reporting and SLA tracking
Mentor L1 analysts on troubleshooting and escalation paths

02 / QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring.

5+ years NOC experience with 1+ years in a lead capacity
Strong grasp of monitoring tooling such as SolarWinds, Zabbix or similar
Clear written and verbal incident communication
Comfortable owning night and weekend shifts on rotation
