01 / RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll do.

  • Handle change requests across Cisco/Juniper routing and switching estates
  • Monitor network health and drive MTTR down on P1/P2 incidents
  • Maintain firewall rule hygiene and support audits
  • Partner with the client NOC on capacity and performance reviews

02 / QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring.

  • 4+ years enterprise network operations
  • CCNP or equivalent hands-on depth
  • Firewall administration experience across Palo Alto, Fortinet or Cisco
  • Strong change-management discipline
